Business Intelligence & Representation
Creating Spaces for Life and Growth
Trinity Real Estate (TRE) was founded to address the severe housing shortage in Cameroon, where a majority of the population still lives in inadequate housing (thatched mud/wood structures) lacking running water or modern facilities. Estimates suggest a national housing deficit of at least 70,000 units per year. TRE's mission is to provide affordable housing to Cameroonians and help young citizens begin to build equity. All developments will be built to client specifications, using materials suited for the specific regional climate, and will support the government's goal of increasing and improving housing in both urban and rural areas.

Our business intelligence and representation division facilitates the entry of major foreign businesses into the regions where we operate by providing accurate country and industry information, public relations services, and arranging meetings and representation for some of our clients who want to avoid the initial cost of setting up an office in the region.
At our business intelligence and representation division, we convert contacts to business deals.
Developing a good leverage for a triumphant entry into the African market.
Trinity Group, a place where preparedness meets opportunity.
The African population is expected to more than double to 2 billion by 2050, and its combined GDP is set to top $2.5 trillion within the next ten years.
Stable governments, stronger financial systems, better economic conditions and rich resource deposits have enabled accelerated growth across Africa. To support and sustain this accelerated boom, it is imperative to invest in infrastructure that drives this growth, most importantly in transport, power generation, and telecommunications.
Applying a generic marketing strategy to a localised market is a recipe for failure. Taking your business global means moving into developing economies with high growth potential. Fortunately, the world is experiencing a second wave of investment in Africa, offering significant opportunities. Europe and North America are in their mature stage with limited opportunities and low margins.
At the Trinity Group, we will help you reduce the risk you face when entering the Central African Market through business representation. Allowing your business to enter the market without the need for costly operational and infrastructure costs. Combining our robust marketing strategy and relationships, we will help you penetrate the African market with your products and services.
We are committed to Africa, improving your customer loyalty and driving your success.
We translate our market knowledge and relationships into profitable and sustainable business solutions.
